RETURNS & EXCHANGES Cancellation/Modification Orders are processed within 24-48 hours. Please be sure of your choice before placing an order as any cancellation or modification of an order will be rejected. All orders are immediately transmitted to the warehouse and shipped immediately. Therefore it is not possible to modify or cancel the order once it has been placed.
Re-shipment In the event that the customer has provided an incomplete or incorrect departure address, he will have to pay additional handling costs to re-route the package.
Return of packages Due to the nature of our products and for hygiene/health reasons, returns are not accepted.
